I’ve had gun for a month now and today was my 4th range session completing 1000 rounds.

I shot 300 rounds of Winchester 124 NATO with 1 FTE - total FTEs count four, 3 previous with Blazer/Winchester 115.

I had my first light strike, actually I didn’t note any indentation after inspection, bummer. I sent info to H&K of today’s performance and also told them that since this was my only gun that I wasn’t willing to send it in for evaluation, I’ll just live with it.

I noted brass debris in gun after session which I believe with my limited experience is an indication of hard primers.

Nope.

All your pics look pretty normal to me, as Hans said NATO ammo has harder primers. The brass your seeing is also pretty much normal also, it’s actually from the extractor grabbing and pulling on the casings, basically scraping the cases, also normal.

It’s still a great gun. If you have bigger hands, it might be the ticket with removable strap options.

Just do it. If you don’t like it (who are we kidding here) I’ll meet you at the TX/NM border on I-40 and place whatever you paid for it on the New Mex side and you push the CC9 into the TX side. You’ll recognize me. I’ll be the cocky MFer in the black Porsche.
