Dust Cover C Clamps

I switched out the stock dust cover on the Victor for a Strike Industries dust cover.

Then decided to get a BCM dust cover and try that on, and well, if I found it hard enough to remove the original GI dust cover, any suggestions for how to attach in the C Clamp as it keep flying all over the place whenever I try to place it in the notch and apply pressure.

The most commonly-used term is ejection port cover on an AR.

The term dust cover is most commonly used for the forward portion of the frame on a semi-auto pistol, like the 1911.

Use needle nose pliers.

Always just clamp the barrel, since that puts all the torque on the MB threads.

Well I managed to use standard hair tweezers and a small plastic spoon in order to make it fit in lol.

That advice in the video about lining up the indent or grove next to the holder was very useful.
