Front sight on XDE

The fiber optic tube fell out of the front sight on my XDE and the replacements that came with it are to small and will not stay in the sight. Anyone know any tricks to get the tubes to stay in the sight or where I can get some that will fit better.

Insert the tube, then use a heated flat screwdriver tip to melt the tube at each end and lock it in.
