Gear UP link don't work!

So ,I finally got my Echelon Comp before the deadline for the Gear Up promotion ,and went to sign up for it ! Only to find that Springfield no longer has the link to sign up on the website! I dug up a older version of the link but that comes up as a invalid link! Anyone else have a issue with this?

Ended May 31 if my memory is correct when it had to be entered by. That was 8 days ago.
