With all due respect, Steven Raichlen wouldn't know real BBQ if it hit him in the azz. He's a noted grill cooker, and he sometimes tries to push some pretty fancy stuff off as BBQ, but it really ain't. He just calls it BBQ. I'll say this to the end of time ... if there ain't no meat, there ain't no BBQ! What he typically does is to add smoke to something so he can get away with calling his show "Project Smoke". But I'll say again ... if there ain't no meat, there ain't no BBQ!!!!Watched this today.
