Gun pranks gone wrong

gonna get stupid, and prank with a fake gun, then expect the unexpected.

but stupid people don't look at the big picture.

i don't believe even a seasoned cop would know the differences between a fake and real gun from a distance, only that a "gun" is pointed at them.

same with us ordinary citizens...

are we to wait and get a closer look?

are we to ask, "hey that gun real or fake"?

BS, i think it reasonable to believe our lives are in danger at that point, the gun is pointed at us.
 
Unfortunately, the concept of 20/20 hindsight in the evaluation of the situation seems to be the rule, despite what the Court said.

Call me naive, but if a person chooses to point a gun at someone (real or not) they shouldn't expect their intended victim to ask if it's real. The situation on its' face should be sufficient enough to justify a self defense acquittal.

Play stupid games ya win stupid prizes. Threaten someone with a weapon (or what appears to be a weapon) and then are surprised when people defend themselves…yet another example of insufficient chlorine in the gene pool…

There are videos like this all over YouTube and if you look closely at the second one is the same guy.



I didn't think it would be age restricted cuz it's a news report where the same guy in the same clown suit as the first video is claiming that he pranked somebody and they pulled the gun on him and beat the hell out of him and that was enough that he was going to quit pranking people. But clearly it wasn't the first time.

It seems to me that when people do this kind of stuff they usually do it in places where it's almost impossible to get a concealed handgun permit. I've never seen one of them do do it someplace that has constitutional carry
 
Ignorance you can fix with education. Stupid? Ya can’t fix stupid. If these morons get their clocks cleaned it’s nobody’s fault but their own.
