IMHO: If the feds reach into state policies to protect the bill of rights, they are taking on the responsibility to protect the entire constitution. To me this means holding states accountable to enforce general peace and safety for their residents.

CO is a beautiful state. I don't live in CO and will never visit CO again. What they've done recently to the 2A is blatantly a violation of residents 2A rights. Enthusiasts will suffer for how long before the DOJ and/or SCOTUS finally does something.
