Apparently in a lot of places even the thing that is mislabeled as "The gunshow loophole" ( private transfer of firearms) doesn't exist.

Personally I'd like to see a case of someone being charged with a state law for buying/selling a firearm without going to the sheriff's office or whatever arbitrary BS rules the state demands be appealed to a higher court. Maybe even the highest court. People accept these injustices and next thing you know we have 18 states with Red Flag Laws.
