I have the same problem, like the hex wasp but battery life is not what they clam. I use Duracell cr 2032 which are the best they say

Never mind I found it! But I can’t get SA to answer 1800 number. Is there another number?

Honestly, Duracell batteries are crap, I use Energizer here, my opinion. I’m wondering if there is a bad lot of these dots, mind is still working fine, mine was bought in May of 2021.
