The Hex Wasp, Truly love it. One came on my RDP. Love the gun platform but the wasp died within a week. Waited several weeks until they got more in stock. They e mailed they were in stock, so sent for replacement. Was told the unit would be replaced in 4-6 weeks. I use and carry this weapon daily. It doesnt do me any good in the safe. I hesitated buying the RDP over a SIG 365 but own MANY Springfield products. They have never let me down. Unfortunately, this one did. One week, 3 batteries, non dimming, then death.
Springfield, take note-get the issue with these resolved.

So what are the differences between the WASP and the Shield SMSc they look pretty similar to me. What advantage does the one have over the other?

at this point, i may have gotten a bad wasp.........but i think i would opt for a shield
