Over the years I have accumulated a few Glock 17 pistols, I would buy them cheap whenever they popped up locally and stick them in the safe because I figured they would be great for trading someday in the future and for me - that day was yesterday.
I traded a pair of G17s plus a couple of C notes for this Scout Squad M1A that was already installed in a Blackfeather RS chassis stock. The deal included a cleaning kit with tools, and an X-14 drum mag.
I replaced the neutered Bush style flash hider and front sight with a hooded gas lock front sight and a DC Vortex flash hider before the sun set yesterday - she's suppressor ready.
The Scout that I purchased in the late 90's was my very first M14, life happened and an 18" variant had been missing from my collection for the last 14 years... it's good to own one once again.
