I was very surprised that our Gov. here in Illinois decided the gun shops were essential to stay open.

They have they right to buy one taken care of here (you can't) They are currently working on taking care of the right to own one as well. I guess you feel as though you can do that when you are above the law.

Yes, Heller held there is an individual right to own firearms. I would think that would include the right to buy but I haven't seen that addressed yet. Maybe that will be before the Court soon. There are certainly enough situations that could breed a lawsuit going on.
