Been lookin at prices on GB for Old military bolt guns and all i can say is WOW! can't remember how many of them i bought for 30 to 50 bucks back then. still have three left, 1903, 03A3, and 1917 Enfield. but i had numerous british 303's and jap type 99. Even had some straight pull rifles and a couple were beautiful. kinda like a Hy Point. and many others i traded or sold. i'd be sittin on a gold mine if'n i still had those things.


Ahh the good old days of big hair and cheap prices.

I remember back in 84 goin to the local army navy store on the blvd and lookin thru racks and racks of cool rifles. Sigh I long for the good ole days

Back in the late 80s, a local gun store bought an entire rail car of SKSs. Started selling them for $49.99 then $99.99. I wish I had bought 100 of them. Would have been a nice ROI at today's prices.

I got my C&R in 1993…I remember Finn M39s 3 for$99. Turkish Mauser with bayonet for $20.00 each and Austrian M95s for $15 each. Same for Italian M91s.. Many sold off…kids not interested…so keep a few because they are of interest to me.
