IMPD arrests man for firing shots into air on NYE

Never a good idea to shoot into the air on New Year's Eve or the 4th of July.

They arrested the suspect, Javion Williams, 27, for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
Detectives learned Williams was on parole for a robbery out of Missouri and could not legally possess a firearm.
He is also facing a a charge of serious violent felon in possession of a firearm.

Nah Indianapolis although not as big a liberal Island like Bloomington (Bloomington is Indiana’s version that Austin is to Texas) they will charge you for being a criminal in a no criminal zone. A far cry from NY
