Yeah, it had to be present there for a while to spread to his bones. There are regular tests for that, which can catch it early enough to eradicate it. My husband went through that. He's cancer free now, but is tested often now in case it returns. I agree there was some negligence there.

"A President gets the best health care in the world." Yet Obamacare is good enough for the rest of us. Not to turn this into a huge political mess, but I've been self employed most of my life. When the ACA was proposed, it sent shivers down my spine. Anyone remember "If you like your insurance, you can keep it! If you like your doctors, you can keep them!" Well folks, I'm here to tell you that was a monumental pack of lies! I was part of a group plan for BFS (Business For Self) through Aetna. It was expensive but within reach, and really decent family coverage. Aetna promptly sent the group members a letter saying our policies would not be renewed and we should look into our state run "Marketplace" for coverage. Well, I made too much to qualify for any of their policies but I don't make enough to afford an individual plan that covers anything outside of catastrophic coverage. The short story is I've been uninsured since 2010 as has my family. Fortunately my kids are now adults and can get coverage through their employers. But I haven't even had a physical in over a decade. I say Sleepy Joe should endure the very same care I can afford.
