Judge Knocks Down ATF’s Engaged in the Business Rule

Hi,

"Casual sales within personal collections appear safe from federal licensing mandates, at least in this jurisdiction."​


This was going to be my question. Nationwide or just in this district? Will this end up in the Supreme Court? It seems such a waste of money, time, and resources when the Second Amendment is quite clear.

I've written my Congressman and both Senators asking them to do away with this rule.
