Nice title I thought.

My gun light search ended with what I had, put my Streamlight TLR-7A on her. It may not have the greatest candela but for a home D gun it’s fine, for now.

I like the smaller profile, but it’s wide, no pad and easily thumb-able.

Off to the range, in the dark, scary. 😱 lol.

The PA cyclops looked great at 20 yards or so under the light, 10” steel plate was the target. That’s a nice optic 👍🏼.

I used Bass Pros target ammo, Herters. In the dark I didn’t notice, but with the light…what target. Now I gotta shoot other ammo in the dark. Curious.

Ammo guy question, is the post shot smoke, this bad, normal?

I really enjoy this bullet eater.

Hi,

And welcome to the forum, if I haven't said that yet. :)

"Herters" is a company name bought by Bass Pro. They contract for the actual ammo that they sell under their name. I understand Winchester makes most of their handgun ammo. I've used Herters 9mm and it reminds me of WWB. It works great but doesn't burn the cleanest. Using your light at night enhances the particulate matter in the air. It all seems normal. But what do I know? I'm just the bass player.

Thank you for your indulgence,
