LUCAS short for Low-cost Unmanned Combat Attack System a one way Kamikaze drone, basically a missile with the ability to linger and swarm with multiple drones. Its lightweight 350+ lbs and able to be launched from trucks 10feet long x 8 feet wide. Requires no post launch control. Set the destination, launch and forget, till its time to celebrate the splash....
Im no rocket guy but I did play with Estees models as a kid. I was on the receiving end of SCUDs in the Gulf and had a healthy respect for them. I kinda liked the no real guidance system of just "point it over there" itll hit something concept. I could understand SCUDs (not really) they were simple, fill em' with fuel light the fuse (not really) wait for it to launch and drive away. Of course that was from a time when telephones had wires attached to the wall
These new fangled drones are as confusing to me as cellphones, I can sometimes answer when it rings and some times no amount of swiping lets me answer, sorry ladies I wasnt ghosting you.... Ive got space in my garage, I want a LUCAS but can someone help me program it
You can keep your quad copter drone, I want a LUCAS
