Doh! I have Speer. I recall M1 being shorter that normal .30-06. Like 3.20 or something. It's been a while.

Check with nosler online data. There is a reloading tab.

It's probably not a fmj if it's nosler. No fmj rifle bullets only pistol that nosler makes.

Nosler 150 imr4895 @ 47gr 3.320". 47 is the bottom of their data, so if you need too go shorter than that @ 3.200" .120" less could be over pressure?

The bullet is hornaday, my manual is nosler.
