M1A(M21) your way?

Some have this super fine gun already, but if you change anything or start from scratch what would be your build?

I would like an 18" barrel with a c-more type optic for quick acquisition, but a 22" with a 1-8×24 ish optic would be great!

I have the M1a precision adjustable. I want to get it a trigger job first. Maybe a Kreiger barrel down the road. I installed the SA scope mount and slapped a Nikon Black FX100 on it, I think 6x24. I'm very happy with it.
