well here in RI we are hoping this gets our state to reconsider our ban as well....i was told that "we" are still waiting for the CA ban to fall as well.

but those in charge are so hell bent on not obeying the law...

funny isn't it..??

we don't obey the law and get sent to jail, while the lawmakers laugh at the courts.
