mr McCloskey gets his AR back. Records expunged

Legally speaking they should have gotten them back a long time ago. I can tell you that AR wasn't worth the money it cost him to get it back though.

And they are morons.
I cannot argue any of that, yet as he said it's the principal of it. Let him spend HIS own money to set the principal some of us cannot.

Not to start this all over again (ya right):devilish:. I have to wonder why Kyle Rittenhouse is a hero and the McCloskeys (who defended their home from treats of arson) are not. Could it be that Mrs. McCloskey more resembles a stump fence than Sophia Loren?

Mostly it’s the same. Rittenhouse isn’t a hero. He followed the law but he was stupid for putting himself in that situation in the first place. Same with the Mc Closky’s. Except that they actually were pointing their guns at unarmed people who were not on their property.

This. Rittenhouse was a moron to knowingly place himself in that position to start with. These folks should have stayed in the house (armed but out of sight) until the threat actually materialized. Going out to confront the thuggies (and even worse, pointing weapons at ‘em) was not a good move. I understand “why” but it sure caused them a lot of grief/$$$ that could have been avoided.

My guess is he already had plans at making a run for office.

They all were fools, Rittenhouse is no hero, just an idiot got going out carry his rifle basically looking for trouble, and yes I agree with Shibadog, and those two idiots should have stayed in there home and then defended it, people like this is what gives gun owners a bad reputation
