Looks like some of the past Board of Directors were also involved with this foundation. I can see why they would be suing them. Some of these old BoDs were the ones who created trouble for the NRA in the past.

I had not seen that news, Anni. Thank you for the link. Trying to clean up such a big mess is a huge job. I am very thankful for all the new BOD members who are willing to undertake this task. I know (based on previous posts) that you are upset with the NRA, as are a lot of us. I hope one day, you will rejoin the ranks.

With only a squint between the lines , l can predict the spins & counter spins .

Big NRA says Foundation is going rogue , and depriving acess to $$ raised in NRA's name .

Foundation will say they are guarding the long term health of the Org , by protecting what are supposed to be long term assets , that current Big Management wants to rape for instant stopgap , while they're bleeding money on routine operstions .

Which side is "right" ? Are they both full of it ? Is truth somewhere in the middle ?

I , nor none of us , have a freaking clue at this point
