yeah, apparently, in NY, you need to apply for a ccw permit, and practice firing.

well, people are getting arrested, even the trainers...!!

seems they need a "pre-permit" to practice live firing for the actual permit to get the ccw....

only in America, can a state (like NY) go against the 2A, and get away with it......

This is exactly why I have no interest in visiting my hometown in Connecticut because I have to travel through NY to get there and I know as soon as I enter NY with Kentucky plates I would get pulled over. And if by chance I made it to Connecticut I would be hassled there as well.

It does go to show that even if the laws some politicians create is unconstitutional, there is no shortage of cops who will enforce it anyway.

he had to register every fiream he had, it took 5 plastic license things in his wallet to cover all his "STUFF" he was never so glad to leave the state
