The B.O.B. – short for “back over barrel” – is about more than suppressing sound. It’s about reducing overall length, eliminating excessive muzzle flash, improving balance, and delivering a superior user experience across the board. Over-barrel suppressors are more compact, easier to maneuver and help protect your hearing.

The AC30 B.O.B. is threaded 5/8×24, making it easily compatible with a wide variety of rifles, including many Savage rifles. It is constructed of 7075 aluminum with a Grade 5 Titanium thread insert. With a total length of 7.9 inches, it is lightweight and durable and will last season after season.

The only silenced weapon I’ve ever fired was a HK MP5SD. It was one of the 6 MP5s we liberated, along with a crapload of 9mm subsonic and normal ammunition, from one of the Palaces in Baghdad. It was so much fun to shoot
