We had a dozen in the coop neighbors dogs left one ate the rest. The dogs meet Jesus the next week when they came back. Raised another dozen they should be laying in a week or 2. We got 15 more this week 3 naked necks and 12 legbars. Going to have plenty of eggs. And they put the broilers Cornish Cross on sale this week at Tractor Supply $2 each but I have no room. Wished I could’ve had a couple dozen. I’ve got to finish the rabbit pen got a trio coming. One buck 2 does they are a cross between New Zealand and California. They top out at about 12 pounds. Just planning on having 2 litters per doe per year. If they have 8 kits per litter that’s 32 rabbits a year in the freezer. Raising them for meat.

Were they sexed? For all the perverts in the crowd that means rooster or hen. Right now is the easiest time to tell when they become pullets it as lot harder to tell. Hope you didn’t end up with 7 roosters and one hen?
