I have loaded and fired thousands of rounds of .40 S&W, all 180 grain bullets, with 4.5 grains of Titegroup using once fired LE range brass fired from Glocks.

I've used brass from fired brass thru Glocks. No moon or half moon marks on the brass from factory barrels

I figure if I'm using primer I'll use full loads since spp are available and powder I use. I might give 231 a try. Other possible loads for that powder also.

In my S&W 610 I have shot hundreds of 40 S&W 180 ammo with no issues though the gun is a 10mm, and yes my fired cases have moonclip marks…..
