How asinine is this proposal now in Pennsylvania, these far left idiots want to serialize ammo, the bullet, inside the case and on the rim, plus they give you a dead line if law is passed to get rid of your old ammo…….only from democrats

They also add a new tax on ammo to fund the serialized ammo database.
A tax of five cents per round of ammunition is imposed on the sale at retail but there is a 0.5% tax credit for the tax collector if they file the tax return on time. (Ammo seller has to file monthly by the 21st of the month)
