Review: Colt Python Revolver in .357 Magnum

I need to add one of the Colt snake revolvers to my bucket list. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I knew nothing about Colt revolvers until my wife and I started watching The Walking Dead. I grew up when these guns were in their prime, but somehow completely missed them. I wasn't overly fascinated with guns when I was a kid, but almost every dad in the neighborhood had a self-defense pistol in the house. My dad was a vet, like many dad's in the neighborhood, and they all seemed partial to 1911's. The few revolver guys in the neighborhood swore by Smith & Wesson. Maybe it was regional, but Colt just didn't seem to have a presence in my area.
