Absolutely.

If they have/build a varmit version yes, but I can't believe the monster scopes folks put on a standard AR.

I’ve never understood a 6-20x scope on a 30-30, either...

It's pretty hard to justify a scope of any power on a 30/30, especially the old cowboy guns .... like the Mod94 and/or the Marlin 336's. However on a good bolt gun, it can sometimes be a benefit in a reasonable power. But like Hans, I see no need for anything approaching 20X.

You have too see the whites in their eyes! Any gun I max at 300 yards end up with a red dot, but varies by cartridge, barrel length, bullet weight and go from there.
