My first handgun. Blued Security-Six , 4"BBL. , in .357 magnum. :love::love::love:
This was my second .357 mag-the first pistol I actually bought a used Taurus .38 spl from a Lady at work for $50.00.
I shot that quite a bit back in the 70's and I think I traded it for a S&W 586 Combat .
I still wish I had that Ruger though to this day I still really like them.
 
Always liked those 6's, Security and Speed. Bought one for a song once when a friend thought the "loose" cylinder was a sign it was broken and dangerous. I could not convince him there was nothing wrong with it and knew if I didn't buy it from him at a fair price, he'd end up being taken by someone else. Sad thing was he had owned and shot that hand gun for a couple years before he realized the cylinder was "loose" and dangerous.
