Sold the Ruger 57 today. Had it for a couple of years and it only had 200 rounds thru it. I liked the gun but the price of ammo was ridiculous. Going to hold off for a while because still deciding between Sig Marco or Hellcat pro.

That caliber 5.7 28 how much punch does that have

I have a AR57 set-up for CQB that uses a specific upper that uses the PS90 50 rd mags and attaches to a standard AR lower. Works fine. PSA & others sell a newer upper.

Besides FN, Federal & now Speer makes ammo.

And the 5.7x28 is an official NATO round.

While I do currently own a fn57, ps90 and a complete upper as in what @Talyn posted. It did come from psa. It's the carbine length. As far as punch I believe the blue tip fn ammo brand has as much muzzle energy as a 9mm. Around the 320ish mark from a 5" barrel. The ps90 (to me) is overrated. The pistol is good. I haven't yet fired the carbine, but I'm sure it'll work fine. 50 rounds of expensive fun. Glad I bought a bunch years ago and prices were around 40 cents per.
