Keep in mind unless you're behind the wheel/axis with the enfine block vehicle don't provide much effective cover, so one should seek that position out if you can't find better cover, or can't exfil from the situation entirely.

While the CAR technique provides an effective method of shooting from a vehicle, the gent above has very little or no effective cover.
