Great article. I'm glad they addressed the issue of manufacturers constantly making revolvers lighter. When I purchased my Taurus 856 I purposely didn't buy the "Ultra Light" version for a reason. I don't mind a light .22 LR or .22 Magnum revolver, but its no fun shooting 38 Special +P or .357 Magnum out of a featherweight gun. I know that light guns are supposedly easier to carry, but I'm more concerned with how they shoot. Besides, I think most weight issues with carry guns can be fixed with a proper belt.

There is a world of difference in the weight of my model 36 and my 642 pro . 5 ounces doesn't sound like much but it certainly makes a difference.
