Okay -- tell me like I'm a third grader how you did that.
Ok @Tinyman , now pay attention. Tiny are you paying attention? Yeah, no, I know you said you are, but…please, don’t put that in your nose, just watch. On an iPhone…do you have an iPhone? No.No. That’s a walkie talkie you can’t do it with that. If you had an iPhone you would press the big button on the right side of your phone while at the same time pressing the top big button on the left side of your phone. That will take a screen shot and give you controls to crop or scale the image. Now, if you have an Android phone you might as well have a walkie talkie or you could search how to do a screenshot on your phone. When you get home I want you to talk to your parents about a vocational school. The third grade is an important year and I don’t think college is in your future.

Pixel 8a Android -- but thanks for your attempt at humor. Don't worry, folks, even at 77 I will figure it out.

To take a screenshot on a Google Pixel 8a,
simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons. A screen flash and a thumbnail in the corner will confirm the capture, allowing you to edit or share immediately. Screenshots are saved in the Photos app under Library > Screenshots.

Thank you -- I apologize for sounding snarky, but I'm "old, grey and get off my lawn" old. Will give it a try tomorrow (my GAS meter has pegged for today.
