Could another indictment to support that claim be coming?

Several states changed their election laws. Several were not legal by the laws on the books and they did it anyway. No one changed them back.

He’s trying to make you believe he thought it was wrong to remove trump from the ballot, while at the same time, once again, reiterating his disdain for conservatives and the Supreme Court.
As if him, not a constitutional attorney, disagreeing with the ruling means anything.
