Is this the same group that owns CZ, Dan Wesson, Colt, and just recently purchased the ammo group that consisted of Federal, cci, speer, and Remington, etc?
 
No. Colt CZ Group SE (formerly Česká zbrojovka Group - CZG) owns the companies you mentioned.
