A 19 year old National Guardsman. He joined the Army with the intent to learn how to do this attack. He was probably already radicalized before he joined but kept it quiet. No Social Media chat groups. A “lone wolf”. At his age he probably has less than 3 years of service.

There’s interpreter that worked for the US Military that were allowed to immigrate to the US. They were encouraged to join the Military as linguist. They were then assigned to units preparing to deploy to the Sandbox.
Upon graduation from their training they were promoted to SPC/E-4.
The mindset of this program was instead of using locals who spoke English and could pass a “Quickie” background check , the ones who completed the program would be used.
Many of them stayed in, became US citizens and continued to serve.
 
I have hopes for the FBI to re find its course under the new administration . But it's too soon to assume it has taken place , and this has all the ear marks of the " old FBI " preceeding.

Look past the press release to the actual charges : " Attempted " support of Terrorist Org .

Translation - One patsy , and several Informants and UC Agents hanging out & seemingly socializing.

The Informants repeatedly talk trash about ( whatever ) , until the patsy joins of " yeah , that's right " .

Give information about Destructive Device - Detail from linked article was that Dude talked about Molotov Cocktails . Common general knowledge. Anyone over 12 knows all that , or could intuitively figure it all out in 15 seconds .

Anyone who knows an WWII history , or seen a few war movies or action movies .

No evidence presented yet about actual terrorism or actual terrorists . If there were , it would be headline news .


Lest Anyone think I'm a supporter or apologist for Islamic Terrorists , this is the same stuff from recent years used against " right wing extremists " / " Anti Government extremists " .

The most famous was the " Interrupted Kidnap Plot against Michigan Governor " . 3 Patsy , stung along by 8 FBI Agents & Assets .

Yes , Terrorism , particularly Islamic Extremests , is a Real , Important Threat ! Please vigorously presue against the real things , not just entrap hapless patsy s , to make self serving headlines .
