Dylan from GunSpot is joined by Ben Baker to discuss the new Second Amendment Preservation Act, which is the best gun law in the USA at protecting the second amendment. This law uses the same strategy that State legal marijuana and sanctuary cities have used. This is an anti-commandeering law stating that MO officials will no longer enforce federal laws that MO does not have. Governor Mike Parson signed it with emergency action making this effective immediately for Missourians!
