Who care what district judges rule, the US supreme court has already ruled that district judges had NO jurisdiction outside their district, and, that they cannot order the Executive branch of the Fed gov to obey them. Frankly it is a wonder that the various agencies are still listening them at all. Having Blondie counter with appeals from the DOJ is a waste of time and money.

Not to get an argument started but this is a perfect example on why Absolute Immunity is what needs revised or eliminated over Qualified Immunity.

Absolute Immunity protects Judges and Prosecutors from being overzealous on rulings and or prosecutions. It takes decades to get wrong convictions overturned most often with no recourse for the party held/convicted.

Qualified Immunity diesnt protect LE from illegal acts (if the Prosecutor doesn’t charge its the prosecutor) QI just protects Officers as they act withjn department policy which is suppose to be in line with the constitution and USSC rulings a sthats what agency attorney is for and if something is discovered to be wrong the agency has to pay as they are the ones training and equipping the LEO’s
