Yes. Took the base plate off a 13 round magazine and installed it on a 15 rounder using the 15 rounder’s spring making it a 17 round magazine.

I currently have over 1100 rounds through it with no issues.

One of the Armory Life videos introduced it and there a couple YT videos that show the simple process of converting the magazines to one.
