Upgrade in progress on the XDm-9

Well I went shooting this morning with the XDm-9 and brought the new irons from SA. It’ll be about 40 bucks to do. Personally I think I need to start learning how to do this stuff but right now the time is a factor.

Good luck changing sights on any HS Produkt pistols . Some of the tightest fit sights there is. May have to send to someone that has the capability and right equipment.

Some leather strips, ball peen hammer and a steel or brass punch the appropriate size. Nothing to it, simple as baking pancakes

Yeah I tried that and snapped the front sight off. Have done that successfully with several other brands but HS Produkt and S&W are notorious for their tight fit. Springfield Armory uses a hydraulic press to adjust or replace those sights.

A sight pusher is a worthwhile investment and makes it a simple job. Also much cheaper than a gunsmith
