USS Cole 20th anniversary

I read an article recently that the Navy now has the authority to fire upon any vessel or aircraft threatening our ships or planes and making dangerous approaches. Hopefully, this will prevent another tragedy like the USS Cole suffered. I don't think any country really wants a shooting war with the USA as our military is the best in the world and the countries currently engaged in these provocations, forbidden by international law, know it. Like 9/11, we will never forget the USS Cole tragedy.
