The proposed acquisition of Vista Outdoors’ Kinetic group (the ammo makers) by Czechoslovakia’s CSG has gotten a lot of attention.

Its pretty much standard practice to us disinformation to tarnish a winning bidder on large deals like this. So I think the analysis seems credible. I would also say there are probablya lot of companies who don't want to see investment and growth at VO Kinetic.
