Be great if California can repeal this crappy 10+1 rule so we CCW holders can have some options I have a 40 Cal & 9mm S&W & unless you are LEO you cannot buy them or import them from an other state legally. If you are FFL & CFD & have a waiver signed you can only sell to LEO. A lot of red tape for nothing aka Bovine Scat

Yes the laws bite, but they are there. Choices are limited to living in that state and obeying, or moving somewhere a bit freer

Yep & it does not look like it getting any better Gun owners have filed several suits in DOJ regarding MC stilled pending & it does not look like GA of California will get a reversal on AR-15 PTL to many in CA for them to outlaw

I’m not a lawyer (and didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night either), but I am optimistic that the SCOTUS may start knocking down these arbitrary laws from states like CA and NY. They have cases on the docket this year that may do just that.

There is no statistical or logical rational for limiting the number of rounds in a magazine. It’s one of those ways that Democrats just harass gun owners and gun manufacturers.
