An attractive option for a survival revolver.

Davidson’s, has expanded their exclusive Pietta, Italy single-action collection with the introduction of the one-of-a-kind King Trio. The King Trio is one single-action revolver with three cylinders that can chamber four different calibers.

This new exclusive Pietta single-action is capable of firing .38 Super, .38 Special, .357 Magnum, and 9mm – all from the same revolver.

Note: You could actually run the 9x23 Winchester in the 38 Super cylinder this for 5 cartridges.

New Pietta single action 1873 revolver will come with two cylinders with one being chambered in .45 Colt and the other in .45 ACP. Available with 4.75″ and 5.5″ barrels.

Still trying to figure out why anybody would want to shoot .38 Stoopid from a single action...
I can understand .38/357/9mm but .38 Super??? Let's pick another cartridge that's more expensive than the others...
Maybe 9x23???
🙃

The .38 Super is fairly common, and the 9x23 will work in a 38 Super chamber, and .38 Special will work in the .357 mag chamber so the King Trio is really a King Quad.

The revolver would work well as a survival handgun due to its versatility.

Tempting but our Italian friends can do as good a job or better than the ex fry cooks that Ruger hires.
There is that. Just remember that a true ‘73 is a 5 shooter if you carry it-load one, skip one, load four. Otherwise a firing pin setting on a live round can be “interesting”…

Because they already have a .38 Super and load for it?
Or because they used to have some USPSA Open guns with ramped (fully supported chamber) barrels to handle hot ammo and still have some ammo loaded accordingly hot?
And their current Supers don't have stamped barrels to shoot that ammo?

Or all three. Like me.
