Also, ya gotta consider why he was picked. Was it because he will fade away into the background? Is he fully immersed in the way of the Left? I suppose for those who support Trump they are cheering because they believe he diminishes the Democrat party's ticket.

I wouldn’t go so far. Chavin needed put in prison the only travisty was the Chief and assistant chiefs that allowed Chavin to run rampant should have been setting next to him. And his experienced partner bears some blame as he knew better

The GF cause of death was a fentanyl overdose.

The restraint was a MPD approved technique.

The GF judge has stated that "all" his rulings are based on racial justice.

Recruitment, Selection, Training, and Discipline determine the quality of LE service, every time. Why in HELL can't administrators get that? I see the breakdown repeatedly in police misconduct cases. Sheesh, take a hint from Chick-Fil-A hiring practices.

I never said the knee was the cause of death. It’s all about the optics and in this case what looked bad was pretty bad.

The thing that bothers me is while we all fought criminals when I was brought up by the Vietnam Veterans we were taught once you handled buisness OR the perp was in cuffs it was over. If he was still fighting leg irons and Officer in each appendage

If that wasn’t MPD “Policy” than MPD should have been on the hill however what also bothers me more is the complete disregard of civil rights .that was the kicker when the knee was on the neck.

I was also taught you had authority over folks but don’t use it unless you absolutely had too. And once it was over it was over. As I a late hit a few seconds can be explained away but one when the dude was in cuffs and laying there for a couple minutes not so much.

Chavin was an example of a recent phenomenon in LE. The hero like worship the few Chacón’s in the world think they are owed.
 
I just read about the stolen valor before I picked up my laptop. Sounds like a swell guy.
He's for mutilating kids, the open border and a bunch of other stuff only Lefties could like.
They picked him over Shapiro cause he's Jewish. I wonder if all this will come back to bite them in the butt.

Yep, we're all rubes & deplorables in "Fly Over country", and outside the Dem/DFL run metro areas.

I thought MN was bad enough when I was there (M. Dayton years) & unfortunately its gone further downhill.

I'd say the Democrat Party leadership hierarchy is all in sync with their long-term (i.e Maoistic Long March) plans knowing that they have their "useful idiots" under their thumb for voting time, while they have their BLM/ANTFA goons on speed-dial for when a riot is needed.
