As I understand it, Fifth, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment protections apply to non-citizens, excluding border searches. The case cited above applies to a federal law that prohitits illegal aliens from possessing firearms. There is a distinction.

If god given, only god can restrict them, right? Does the constitution say “…shall not be infringed—unless you aren’t a citizen”?

Endowed by our creator, but constitutionally protected. Illegal immigrants have no guarantee of protection of constitutional rights. By your logic I should be able to sue Canada or Mexico for not letting me arm myself in their country.

Inalienable rights are indeed God given. However, governments don't have to recognize them. Many governments don't.

Where does it say it applies to non citizens ? Can they vote ? No? Then what would make anyone think they are entitled to own guns ? Any power not expressly given in the constitution doesn’t exist. Could congress legislate those rights to non citizens ? Possibly. Have they ? No.
