@xdman would be a good source for info to this question.

You could also try Springfield Armory customer service department for your rifles specs.

I have an older (2009) 1911 45 acp micro compact that shoots very low and to the left. half of the front sight is above the rear sight box to be on target. The pic attached shows the slide to barrel geometry pointing the barrel down. Is there a taller rear sight to correct this? What is the dovetail cut called for this pistol? Any ideas?

Have you called SA customer service? Every time I've called they've been very responsive and helpful, and if they can't get you an answer right away, they'll get back to you.

Are you the original owner and is the gun under lifetime warranty? If so, you may be able to send it in to have SA check it out and correct any issues with it. If not, they may still be able to advise you what to do.

I found a taller rear sight, installed and ready for some range time.

    It's a GI sight.
It was suggested that I contact you directly with this question. Thanks in advance if you can help.

I am having a difficult time removing the standard iron sights on a new Edge AR15 I received. Neither the 5/64 (too small) or the 3/32 (too big) that I have fit hex bolt holding it on. I need to remove the iron sight to get the correct eye relieve for an optic I am mounting. I don't want to strip the bolt.

The Edge flip up sight looks similar to a Magpul sight. It is shown in the manual on page 47. I do not have the Edge but I do have an AR15 with a Magpul sight set and they use a metric Allen head.
KLGunner suggested I reach out to you with the following problem previously posted on The Lounge.

Does anyone know where I can obtain trigger pins and screws for the Saint Edge? I tried to go directly to the factory but was told they "are not selling/sending any of the parts for the Saint models. We are strictly using those parts for production during this time."

Josh, the trigger and hammer pins will be Mil-Spec meaning they can be purchase from other retailers. I and not certain why yours need replacement or what "screws" you might need. I have used CMC Anti Walk pin sets before and have been happy with them.

The "Small" set is .154" x .885" being that 5/32 Dia. is Mil-Spec and these pins have threaded ends with their own small set screws and 2 small install wrenches. Use a bit of Lock-Tite removable thread locker and do not over tighten. These are about $20 dollars. If you still need screws post what for or where they go.
Are you "THE" XDMan that runs the XDMan YouTube channel? If so, thanks for the past knowledge. Enjoy your stuff.
