Everything you see in the top two pictures besides the shotgun and those black tennis shoes in the top left corner is my wife’s. I learned long ago not to look inside anything of hers or ask her about it. 🤣🤣🤣


The carpets were rolled up during the recent neighborhood flood when my daughter and her 3 dogs were staying here. They won’t go back down until she’s mopped the floors. Whenever that will be. The socks in the boots I’m not sure about.

oh yeah ain't that the truth about snooping in our wives things...

but yet, they go thru our wallets, pants pockets, and under the mattress......

like we can't hide anything from them....
 
Watching the weather. Calling for some snow over night here with projections of significant snowfall up to a foot in the higher elevations. Got all my physical therapy and doctor appointments done for the week and the Wife made sure we have all we need in the house. People around here forget how to drive in the first few snow falls we get and drive like they're qualifying from some race or every store is going out of business. Or think that just because they're in an SUV they think they're invincible.

we are finally getting "some" rain all day today and into friday..hadn't rained here since early october, and the fires are popping up all over the place.

however, this will not be enough to quell the fire risk.

If I'm being totally honest I'm not even remotely interested in most of her stuff. I'm not jealous and she would never cheat or anything like that. The stuff she's into and the stuff I'm into are not the same. She has taken over most of my carpentry tools since I changed professions 13 years ago, but all that stuff is next door in the spare house so when I do need it I know where to get it. Other than that I don't really care what she has or how she paid for it.

And as far as my stuff, I'm not worried about that either. She knew the risks when she was dumb enough to marry me. Long as my :poop: is where I left it I'm not the least bit concerned if she sees it. Neither of us make any major purchases without some sort of discussion about it first. At least not with household "Budget" money. Anything I pull on the side I do what I please with.
